Joe has lived in Hawaii for 45 years as a kamaaina local. In 1976 he founded the popular Surf News Network in Hawaii to help spread the word about local surf conditions. For the following 25 years he explored that niche in the TV and Radio/Media world eventually expanding to a rich variety of emcee, hosting services, and auctioneering at live public events.
